Students journalize their stressors and an analysis of their current coping mechanisms.
Directions for Students:
Write out your thoughts that will mimic a journal-style/dear diary-style entry over what causes YOU stress. You specifically, not people in general.
- What are your life stressors?
- How have you been coping with and dealing with these stressors ?
- What are your coping mechanisms?
- Have they helped or have they created situations that are unhealthy for you or your future?
In your entry, discuss the things in life that bring you joy and provide an outlet for your emotions. Then end your writing with at least three other ways you could/should deal with your stressors.
