Polo Molina Dishes on Managing Music in 'The Future'

If someone wants to get a job as a music manager, how should they get started? According to Polo Molina, get an internship with someone like him. That way, you'll find out it's a ton of hard work, not just hanging out with The Black Eyed Peas (although there's a little bit of that, too).
