Sales representatives provide customer service support in the wholesale and manufacturing fields. They do so by answering questions on products, selling products to buyers from large companies, and facilitating any feedback received from emails and surveys. They are competitors, entertainers, and contributors with an unmatched drive to achieve both team goals and personal goals. They are professional but friendly. They are also excellent communicators and know how to negotiate through even the toughest conversations. They can get customers the best deal for their budget and are often found in various industries. Roles for sales representatives are expected to grow 2% by 2028. There is not normally a minimum educational requirement, but a high school diploma or GED is encouraged.
