In 2012, Cousins Maine Lobster was just a single food truck. Five years later and after a notable feature on "Shark Tank," Jim Tselikis and his cousin Sabin Lomac oversee 26 units across the country as well as a restaurant in West Hollywood.
There's certainly an appreciation of New England delicacies in Tselikis' backstory, but he's by no means a classically trained chef or restauranteur. The Maine native has an undergrad degree in political science and later sold medical equipment in Boston.
