“Visualize Yourself Better Everyday” is the motto of lifestyle brand VYBE Source, founded by Spencer Taylor. An explorer and maker at heart, Spencer lives to inspire those he meets to connect with the world around them. That’s why his company not only posts daily wisdom on Instagram but also takes mission trips to bring awareness towards areas of need, such as when the team visited the site of the Amazon fires in Bolivia. He is also enthusiastic about holistic wellbeing as a self-proclaimed “Plant-based Ironman Athlete” and an avid traveler.

The Los-Angeles based creative is most interested in unconventional methods of learning. This relates to his recent film Death of Recess, which highlighted the elimination of recess from public schools across the nation and the ways it impacted surrounding communities. His work brings light to issues that may conflict with youth development and the growth of the next generation. This natural curiosity and knack for visual storytelling came from years of training and honing in on his own gifts. He studied at  Michigan State University studying Documentary Film Production, and decided to drop out because it was not meeting his learning needs. During that time he covered anything from sports to local news and even interned for CBS. After dropping out of college, he had the opportunity to follow Bob Proctor — the famous “Law of Attraction” teacher — and capture footage of Proctor’s seminars. Spencer’s career may only be a few years in the making, but it is undeniable that he’s gotten this far by saying “yes” to the opportunities that came his way.
