Our mission is to inspire. The next generations. The dreamers. The misfits. Find Your Grind is helping students develop a roadmap to discover who they are, where they are going, and finding the steps to get there.

THE WHO: Our network of mentors represent the future of work and the companies leading the way. We would be honored to feature you so the next generation can learn more about your career path!

THE WHY: We humanize career exploration by featuring real humans doing real things. Our mentors provide candid advice on how they got started and the steps to get there.

THE GOAL: Our goal is to give students across the country an opportunity to hear first-hand experience and advice from you about your lifestyle and career journey!

THE ACTION: We achieve this by recording our mentors answering questions and sharing stories about their childhood, education, life, and career.

Join the movement! We’ve selected some of the world’s most talented misfits, today’s drivers of change. And we want to hear your story! How did you get where you are today? Did you have help from anyone in particular? A mentor? Telling your story could be what inspires the students of today. We’re asking you to pay it forward and share your story to inspire a new generation looking to follow in your footsteps.

We’ll create a bite-size series of questions and answers that showcase your lifestyle, your career path, and the talents and ideas that got you to where you are today. We’ll spend some time with you capturing your lifestyle – showcasing you in your element. Think MTV Cribs meets The Barbershop.

Our aim is to provide the next generation of talent with a practical understanding of what it actually takes to break through the mold. To choose a career with your head and your heart. To find fulfillment in work and in life.
