Find Your Grind hosts over 300 career badges and mentor profiles from diverse backgrounds for students to relate. We have over 110 career spotlights of 3 of the fastest growing industries in Washington: technology, infrastructure, and healthcare.
Throughout Find Your Grind activities, students consistently engage self reflection and grow in the Future Ready Competencies of Self Awareness and Social Awareness, supporting CASEL aligned Washington SEL Standards.
Our Future Readiness curriculum drives engaging, authentic self and career exploration so that students can create a meaningful High School and Beyond Plan. All their work and exploration is captured in a dynamic portfolio for them to easily reference.
Find Your Grind can empower Washington middle and high school students in exploring personalized college and career pathways, equipping them with the self-agency to navigate career readiness and program opportunities. Schools in Washington can use Find Your Grind to help students identify their unique strengths, develop essential future-ready skills, and build portfolios showcasing their self-reflection, personalized About Me statements, Future Readiness Indicators, and mastered skills for internships and work-based learning placements.
