Throughout her career, Candice has worn many hats—educator, principal, district leader, and statewide strategist—always with a focus on connection, collaboration, and impact. Before joining Find Your Grind, she served as Director of Instructional Services at a county level, leading innovative educational ecosystems that helped schools embrace future-ready practices. She also spent seven years at University of Cincinnati as Director of Teacher Professional Development and Coordinator of the Gifted Endorsement Program, where she empowered thousands of educators to personalize learning and inspire curiosity in their classrooms.

Driven by a deep belief in human potential, Candice thrives at the intersection of policy, innovation, and purpose. Her work is centered on creating opportunities that prepare students to lead, build, and thrive in a rapidly changing world.

As the Director of Partnerships for Find Your Grind, Dan is dedicated to empowering students and educators through meaningful, mission-driven solutions. Prior to his role at Find Your Grind, Dan managed the New England implementation at EVERFI, where he played a pivotal role in helping schools integrate impactful digital education programs. His journey to the edtech sector was non-traditional; before transitioning to education technology, Dan spent a decade in college athletics. He served as the Director of Recruiting and Associate Head Coach for the Roger Williams University Men’s Basketball program, where he developed leadership, strategy, and mentorship skills that continue to influence his work today. Dan is passionate about social impact and thrives in environments where mission and innovation intersect to create transformative opportunities for others.

Prior to joining Find Your Grind, he held various C-level leadership and Board positions in Energy Sector.

Earlier in his career, Bryan served as Managing Director of the Worsham Group, a Family Office focused on investments in real estate, and was a co-founder and director of Asha Zuri Participações, which funded the development of 3,500 low-income housing units in southeastern Brazil.

He has held executive roles at Coloplast, a healthcare products manufacturer, and at GMAC’s ResCap mortgage lending platform, where he worked within its International Business Group. He began his career in the accounting department of DuPont’s subsidiary in Spain.

Bryan holds a BA (Hons) in International Business and German from EBS in London, and an MSc in Logistics, Trade and Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School).

He is passionate about making the world a better place and creating innovative financing solutions in order to enable Find Your Grind to achieve its mission of enabling students to meet their full potential.

At Find Your Grind, she leads all things professional development with the mission of developing the next wave of future-ready educators! Before joining Find Your Grind, Amberly wore many hats within the K-12 education system, starting as an elementary teacher with a concentration on reading, language, and literacy, moving on to become an instructional coach, and finally concluding her time in schools as a District ELA Content Coordinator. In all her roles, she stayed true to her passion for teaching and learning, both students and adults. When Amberly is not working, you can find her spending time with my family, reading, traveling, presenting at community events, and leading her church's Kids Ministry.

Based in England and collaborating across the pond with the U.S. team, he focuses on designing interactive, student-centered learning tools that spark self-discovery and engagement. Luke’s twenty year background in product design, combined with his fascination for generative AI, drives his innovative approach to shaping the future of education technology. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, listening to 60's music, and spending quality time with his family in the countryside.

Ian’s career journey reflects his commitment to aligning work with personal values. After starting as a stockbroker, he realized his true calling lay in education. This led him to earn a Master’s in Education and spend six years teaching in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.

Driven to make a broader impact, Ian transitioned into the EdTech industry where he has worked for the past 12 years, leveraging his background in education to help students discover their strengths, align their career paths with their lifestyles, and build meaningful futures. With a product mindset focused on solving real problems in partnership with educators and delivering the outcomes they are striving to achieve, Ian thrives on creating meaningful solutions that make a lasting impact. Outside of work, Ian enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, and creating memories with his family.

With a strong foundation in classroom teaching, having spent 7 years as a middle and high school educator, Bryan leverages his expertise in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and learner engagement to create impactful learning experiences for students. When he’s not immersed in the world of learning design, Bryan enjoys spending quality time with his family and indulging in his love for baseball, both as a player and a avid fan of the Seattle Mariners.

With 16 years of experience in education, she has developed numerous high-impact programs that blend innovative strategies and educational technology to create meaningful learning experiences. Passionate about making learning accessible and exciting, Stephanie thrives on creating content that inspires students to reach their full potential. A Florida girl loving life in North Carolina, she enjoys the outdoor lifestyle, living room karaoke, and kitchen dance parties with her family.

Eric taught middle school math and science in Chicago and San Francisco for 6 years before pivoting to the ed tech sales world. He's worked at various levels in sales, completed multiple policy fellowships, and worked in education leadership development.

Eric lives in Oakland, California with his wife and has stayed (mostly) sane inside and outside the classroom by always playing in a punk or metal band, riding his bike with friends and staying involved in his local Buddhist group.

When she’s not collaborating on ways to elevate educational experiences for the youth, you’ll likely find her at the barre studio, teaching classes and bringing the same energy and passion she does to every part of her work and life. She loves cooking and hosting friends for dinner parties, especially on Thursdays!

Before joining Find Your Grind, Lizzie worked with Carnegie Learning, where she helped pilot programs and guided districts in selecting curriculum solutions that best fit their unique needs. She has a strong background in partnering with Texas districts to implement impactful 6–12 math programs, driving meaningful change in math education and student outcomes.

Before entering the edtech space, Lizzie was truly finding her grind—leading statewide and local political campaigns, working on a food truck, and teaching preschool. Her diverse experiences have shaped her passion for helping educators and districts succeed through purposeful, student-centered innovation.

As a Customer Success Manager at Find Your Grind, she partners with educators and districts to bring the company’s lifestyle first approach to career readiness to life, helping students discover who they are, what they value, and how they want to live.
