Find Your Grind Keynote 25-26′ School Year

Nick Gross Kicks Off the 25-26′ School Year with Inspiring Keynote

To kick off the 2025–2026 school year, Find Your Grind Founder and CEO Nick Gross delivered a powerful keynote designed to inspire educators, students, and partners across the country. In the session, Nick shared the vision behind Find Your Grind’s mission — helping students discover who they are before deciding what they want to be — and how the platform continues to evolve to meet the needs of a rapidly changing world.

Throughout his message, Nick spoke to the heart of what education should look like in the 21st century: personal, purpose-driven, and future-focused. He reminded educators that today’s students are entering a world defined by rapid technological change, emerging career pathways, and an increasing need for adaptability and self-awareness. “It’s not just about preparing students for jobs,” Nick shared. “It’s about preparing them for life — helping them understand their strengths, their values, and the lifestyle that will help them thrive.”

The keynote also spotlighted Find Your Grind’s rapid growth — now expanding into over 200 districts nationwide — and the validation of its approach through its ESSA Tier 2 research study, which proved measurable gains in student confidence, career readiness, and engagement. Nick unveiled how these outcomes are fueling the next chapter of Find Your Grind’s evolution, including new AI-powered personalization tools, enhanced educator dashboards, and expanded access to real-world mentors and careers within the platform.

Educators were given a first look at how Find Your Grind’s lifestyle assessment and career library help students connect who they are with what they can become. In just a few minutes, students can identify whether they’re an Explorer, Humanitarian, or Creator — and then see hundreds of career pathways that align with those traits. This approach not only builds self-awareness but helps students visualize futures that feel real, attainable, and exciting.

The keynote concluded with stories from real districts and students who have seen transformation firsthand. From classrooms where students are now leading their own career exploration projects to teachers reporting higher engagement and confidence, the message was clear: Find Your Grind is redefining what it means to be “future ready.”

Educators left with a renewed sense of purpose — and students were reminded that their journey isn’t just about choosing a career, but about discovering who they are, understanding their “why,” and finding the courage to design a future on their own terms.
