Candice Sears is the Director of Instructional Services at the Montgomery County Educational Service Center in Dayton, Ohio. In her role, she oversees 16 public school districts within Montgomery County and provides support to numerous districts beyond its borders. Under her leadership, her scope extends to encompass Professional Development and Gifted Services, which entail the provision of extensive opportunities to area educators. Her goal is clear: to empower teachers with the tools and techniques that will broaden horizons within their classrooms, ultimately enriching the learning experiences of their students. 

Kimberly Pennycuff
Business & Marketing Instructor & DECA Advisor
Pickeringtonton High School North, Pickerington, OH

Kimberly Pennycuff is a seasoned Business & Marketing Instructor and DECA Advisor at Pickerton High School North, Pickerington, Ohio. With 27 years of instructional experience, Kimberly brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her role. Her extensive background includes working in sales, marketing, and various operational roles for prominent Ohio-based employers, such as Wendy’s International, Century 21, and a leading real estate developer in Central Ohio. Driven by her passion for fostering talent and preparing individuals for the workplace, Kimberly transitioned into education. Her mission is to empower students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the modern workforce.
