CASEL Instruction and Standards Support

Students can work through self guided and teacher led instruction to grow our competencies of Self Awareness and Social Awareness that support California's SEL standards and contribute to a culture of empathy and healthy communication.

CA Standards for Career Ready Practice Alignment

From communication and career alignment to mental health and financial literacy, Find Your Grind’s curriculum supports California’s Standards for Career Ready Practice and helps students build the power skills needed to achieve their desired future.

Students who complete the Find Your Grind curriculum are 34% more Future Ready.

Find Your Grind can support your work-based learning students in preparing for program interviews and selecting meaningful placements, developing self agency along the way. Schools in CA have used Find Your Grind to reskill, learn new skills, and upskill students for their future and WBL opportunities. Gen Z students want more instruction and support around practical life and employability skills. The desire to learn more about what we and many others refer to as power skills, is clearly seen in the recent “Question the Quo” High School survey report. Many of these power skills center around SEL, being able to understand themselves and others. This self knowledge will empower our students, the future workers and leaders in America, to find career pathways that are not just good fits, but allow them to live fulfilling lives.
