Our library of fastest-growing careers is constantly growing and delivers up-to-date information on salary, work expectations, and pathways to get there.
Find Your Grind prioritizes learning outcomes to focus on intended goals and align teaching, learning, and assessment to maximize the likelihood that students will achieve their desired outcomes and become future-ready.. Our turn key curriculum aligns directly with HIDOE’s CTE courses for middle school including the new career exploration course and career exploration modules. It is designed to fit your unique needs - whether it is used as the primary curriculum for your classes or as a supplemental resource.

Our instructional design combines microlearning, gamification, and professionally produced videos. We created Find Your Grind exclusively for Gen Z and have prepared content so educators can easily implement it in their classrooms.
Find Your Grind’s mission is to provide every student with the tools and confidence to be Future Ready in a world that is changing faster than ever. To achieve this we designed a curriculum that changes the conversation around career exploration – asking students what kind of life they want to live, then guiding them to create it. Our learning journey will empower students to develop greater self-awareness, gain exposure to careers and industries, and begin the process of designing their ideal lifestyle.
