Find Your Grind Curricula Offerings

The learning journey that meets students where they are.

Our future-proofing curriculum allows students to develop greater self-awareness, discover future-proofing skills, gain exposure to careers and industries, and begin the process of designing their ideal lifestyle.

Implementation Guide

Transform your classroom with an experience — Find Your Grind. Our instruction design patterns combine microlearning, gamification, and professionally produced videos, created exclusively for Gen Z.

Find Your Grind offers multi-year or semester-long curriculum options. Each unit provides independent student learning time and is designed for students to spend additional time exploring Find Your Grind’s robust library of mentors, careers, lifestyles, skills, and industry pathways. Ultimately, Find Your Grind is designed to fit your unique needs — whether it is used as the primary curriculum for your class or a supplemental resource. In Table 1, an Implementation Guide is provided to help guide you in choosing the best Find Your Grind curriculum based on your school needs.

Scope + Sequence

The scope of topics and the recommended sequence in which this content can be taught is provided in Table 2. Excitingly enough, Find Your Grind is designed to fit your unique needs — educators have the power to assign the curriculum units in the order that fits their needs.

As the curricula expands in units, from the 9-unit to the 36-unit, the topic categories expand, offering new topics and deeper learning opportunities for existing topics. For example, learning about Leadership is only offered in the 27 and 36-unit curriculum options.

We guarantee every student will be future ready

We deeply value outcomes-based learning and our Future Ready Learning Framework. We guarantee every student who completes the Find Your Grind curriculum will be more future ready.

FUTURE READY INDICATOR

The FRI is calculated through multiple measures including curriculum activities, self-assessment, and summative assessments. The curriculum activities and summative assessments are aligned to the four Future Ready Competencies: Self Awareness, Social Awareness, Career Awareness, and Action Awareness. The Future Ready Indicator shows individual students’ overall Future Ready Level and individual competency scores.

Through Find Your Grind, students will develop greater self-efficacy, optimism for their futures, and adaptable skills that can serve them in future pathways. Throughout the changes in life and with the help of the Find Your Grind experience, students will learn to maintain an open mind and core sense of self as they prove through their own expert performance outcomes that they are ready for the future they have imagined.
