Here at Find Your Grind, we are focused on creating Future Ready students that have the mindset, skills, and career knowledge to be successful in any future reality. We aim to develop “future proof” students so that as the world of work changes, they are able to adapt and change with the times.
What is the future of work?
Artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and Google Bard have already begun to disrupt the workplace. New ways to leverage these tools are being developed and shared seemingly daily as over 90% of top companies are investing in AI. Even job seekers have begun to turn over their cover letters and resume writing to technology tools to help them land an interview.
Many speculate about how AI and automation will affect job outlook. Will jobs be replaced by technology? Or will it just become another tool to drive innovation? The real answer is that we just don’t know what the world of work will look like in 10 years.
What we do know is that young people entering the workforce need to be prepared for all possibilities. They need to gain and develop future-proof skills that can help them succeed in whatever career, industry, and future they end up in. Students need to be able to persevere and adapt as the world around them changes.
